Ms. Pradnya Dwivedi is the Promoter Director of ANSEC. She leads the Finance and Administration function of the organization. She has been instrumental in implementing best industry practices for effective control and monitoring of the Finance function of payroll system and compliance .She is a firm support to all the employees and motivates everyone. She is the head of the POSH Committee (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and Internal Complaint Committee for Women. She is the strong pillar of ANSEC HR SERVICES who have always made efforts to make the floor operations work effectively and create a safe workplace environment.
Mr. Prakash is the Promoter Director of ANSEC and leads the pan-India operations team. Prakash is ex-CRPF and has about two decades of experience in the security operations. His strengths include strong understanding of security dynamics for a particular industry, effective local liaisons and effective and efficient leadership. Prakash is a strong enabler and has always been at the forefront during any crisis/emergencies, new security deployment and any situation which demands extra attention.
Mr. Siddhesh Dwivedi focuses on Business Development and Operations at ANSEC. He has completed his BBA (Finance) education from S.P. Jain School of Global Management and is pursuing his master’s in Management Studies from the Indian School of Business Hyderabad. In the year 2019, Mr. Siddhesh joined ANSEC HR Services Limited and now handles the operational functions and led the development of ANSEC training centers across India. He always makes efforts towards the growth of the organization by adopting new technologies like the execution of mobile based application to handle the field operations in an automated manner He is encouraging, cognizant in nature, and always focuses on the growth of the organization.
Mr. Muraly is a Qualified HR professional with over 20 years of experience in many Reputed and Blue Chip Organizations. Mr. Muraly was instrumental in forming Ansec and laying the foundation of the vision along with Mr. Anil Dwivedi. His Forte is Business Development & PR and commands a very high respect among his peers from the Industry. His strategies on Client Acquisition have seen Ansec reach new heights in business in India.
Mr. Bapu Pingale is an eminent HR/IR/PR professional having rich experience in the field of Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Public Relations. An Arts Graduate since 1977, Mr. Bapu Pingale went on to complete his post-graduation in Human Resource from the Pune University. Mr. Pingale has over 35 years of experience with different organisations in the areas of people development, partnering with business and corporate communication. He has been instrumental in resolving issues related to employee relations, business development and general administration successfully. He additionally excels in HR functions, Industrial Relations and Employee Training & Development. Mr. Pingale is an out-of-box thinker and ‘big-picture’ person, with the capability of addressing behaviour related issues. He has an ability to interact effectively with the people of all strata. He has wide experience in managing diverse cultures, approaches, feelings and attitudes through development of Common Business Language.
Mr. Naidu holds degrees from IHM, a BBA, and an MBA in HR from Jaipur University. He completed “The Leadership Consortium” program by Harvard Business School faculty. With nearly 30 years of global experience in IT, ITES, BPO, and Manufacturing, especially in Corporate Real Estates and Facilities, he recently served as Director for India, APAC & EMEA at Microsoft.
He has received over 20 awards, including being named one of the Top 50 IT professionals in India by Nationwide Awards. He was honored by the PCMC Commissioner for COVID-19 social contributions and recognized by the Southern Command for participating in PANEX 21.
A social worker and member of IHRC, Mr. Naidu is an accomplished sports enthusiast, pistol shooter, and extreme 4×4 adventure off-roader with several national and state-level championships. He is also an avid trekker and part of a corporate team that set a fitness Guinness record.
We are delighted to welcome Brigadier AS Ranade, VSM (Retd) as Vice President, Customer Relationship Management. Joining us in March 2024, Brigadier Ranade brings 35 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, with extensive experience in Combat Leadership, Security Management, Training, HR, Administration, and Logistics. A graduate of NDA Khadakwasla, IMA Dehradun, Army War College Mhow, and JNU New Delhi, he holds a Diploma in Senior Level Defence Management from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. His combat experience spans Siachen, the Kargil Conflict, Punjab, and J&K. A Special Forces Officer and graduate of the US Army Infantry School, he has led Army Teams to victory in international competitions. Brigadier Ranade has also served as an instructor at three Army establishments, Station Commander, and held key administrative roles, including Admin Head at Officers Training Academy Chennai and Logistics Head at Infantry School Mhow. Awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal and four Commendation Cards for exemplary service, he is also a qualified skydiver with 120 jumps.
Mr. Somnath Ramchandra Shetkar is associated with ANSEC HR Organization since two and a half years. He is taking care of Operations in the organization as Head of Operations and Investigations. He is consistently putting his sincere efforts in rooting the strengths and diligence among the employees. His professional background is a story of his glorious achievements. He served the Maharashtra State Police as Senior Inspector of Police for more than two decades. Before joining the Police force, he contributed in the Indian Air Force as Senior Non-Commission Officer. His meritorious work was well recognised by the nation and he was honoured with the Awardee of President’s Police Medal on 26th January 2011. Being academically raised as a graduate from Jodhpur University, he completed his B.A., L.L.B. He further enhanced his academical skills with Post Graduation degree in Personal Management and LLP from Pune University. His brilliance and his honesty towards his duties have made him a man of excellence.
Mr. Banit has obtained his Bachelors of Commerce in Marketing from Symbiosis College, Pune. He completed his C.A. and C.S. Degrees from Pune. Banit Kumar joined Ansec as Chief Financial Officer in February 2018. In this position, he is responsible for the Overall Financial Strategy and Direction at Ansec. Within Finance, he guides the Controller, Shareholder Relations, Accounting, Tax, and Internal Audit Functions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy. In the role of Chief Financial Officer, he provides executives with timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, oversight over accounting and finance operations, as well as design and maintenance of the financial reporting structures.
Mr. Pramod Saindane is working with the profile of Account Manager in ANSEC HR since more than a decade. In his current role, he is taking care of all the aspects of financial transactions and accounts related responsibilities of the organization. He is also handling the documentation part of the statuaries up to balance sheet. Earlier, he was working with Sony World for 3 years. He is a commerce post graduate with a degree of M. Com and professional diploma in Diploma of Computer Management. He had done his education from Pune University. He feels that the level of motivation and enthusiasm, he carries with him is because of the healthy environment he gets at ANSEC. His journey with ANSEC so far had brought a lot of learning to him that has helped him to be a better person, both on professional as well as personal grounds.
Ms. Anuja Chindarkar is one of the assets of ANSEC HR team who has contributed more than 12 years of her professional life for the benefit of the organization. She still possesses the same enthusiasm of giving her best shot of performance in her work. She holds the technical degree of BSc. Computer. As soon as she completed her graduation, she joined the organization in June 2005. Her job responsibilities includes carrying out the regular audits, taking care of the legal documentation of the company as well as keeping a regular check to ensure the smooth running of the compliances. She started her journey as a professional with reaching the first step of learning at ANSEC HR. From a fresher to an experienced employee, she has covered a long way.
Mr. Vasant Kolhe is Chief Investigation Officer.He has a corporate experience of more than three decades in areas of Security Functions along with he has served the Indian Air Force for 15 years. Mr.Vasant has completed his BA LLB MPM and has rich experience in Investigations related to materials thefts and related matters, scrap disposal process, contractors syndicates, misappropriation in contractors billing, rejection bookings irregularities, recruitment irregularities, matters related to workmen union, white collar employee’s matters also issues related to POSH. His strengths have been establishing a highly motivated Security team with robust processes & he always ensures that things run smoothly during the daily operations executed by the team members he always strives to work towards the vision of the organization. Presently he is working as a General Manager (Vigilance and Operations) at Ansec HR Services Ltd & he mainly focuses on customer service and process in the company. He undertakes Investigations related to all sorts of malpractices, irregularities in various Industries (IT, Manufacturing companies, Logistics services providers, Housing societies, Service Industries etc.) on reasonable commercials.
Mr. Hasim Shaikh has been part of the company’s operations since 2002. He has been instrumental in designing operation functions and brings rich experience and knowledge in developing manned guarding operations. He is a key contributor towards the sustainable growth of Ansec in the field of operations. Mr.Hasim Shaikh have always been there to support the functioning of the various operations executed on field. His creative approach to manage manned guarding has always supported the ANSEC HR Services to work smoothly.
